I'm delighted with the work Kevin, Stephanie, Scott and the whole crew did for us! In the spring, they renovated our family room and a half bath, making a custom built-in bookcase that looks like it's original to the house. Now, they've just finished a complete renovation of our kitchen. The quality and their attention to detail is excellent, they're very responsive to any questions or requests, and the job was finished sooner than I anticipated. Highly recommended.

we had a full bathroom completely remodeled, down to the studs. Kevin, Scott, and Benji were easy to work with and listened to our needs. Benji took special care to make sure the quality of work was exceptional. For example, he replaced wall anchors and electrical receptacle plate that were not perfect. We felt they went above and beyond to guarantee our satisfaction. They vaccuumed and cleaned up well daily after work. Communication was excellent; they kept us well informed of schedule and when contractors would be coming.

We had a bathroom remodel done by FairField. Every part of our experience working with Fairfield renovations was exceptional. From communication, to timeliness, craftsmanship and completion of project Fairfield was great. When we are ready for our next project we will be calling Fairfield.

We used Fairfield to do work on both an outdoor kitchen and garage addition and were awesome to work with. They are on-point with communication, walk through the processes (especially as permitting is involved) and take in feedback but also bring their expertise to the projects. Importantly, they will keep you in your budget and communicate if you start to get out of it and offer ways to get back in. We highly recommend the crew at Fairfield- shout out to Eric and Kevin!

There are a lot of builders/remodelers out there, many are good and some are less than straightforward. I have first-hand knowledge that Kevin and Scott are the best of the best. They are honest and truly interested in their customers' satisfaction. The homes they build add value and beauty to the neighborhoods they work in. This business is a true Arlington Heights gem.
